What We Collect
WarmGraph processes the LinkedIn data export ZIP file you upload. This includes connections, messages, recommendations, endorsements, and position history. We also collect your email address for authentication and communication.
How We Use Your Data
Your LinkedIn data is used exclusively to compute relationship scores, generate AI insights, and power your dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Raw message content is purged after AI scoring — we only retain aggregate statistics (message counts, dates, lengths).
Data Storage & Security
Data is stored in Supabase (enterprise-grade PostgreSQL) with row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. ZIP files are stored in encrypted object storage and deleted after processing.
AI Processing
We use Anthropic Claude to analyze relationship patterns. Message content sent to the AI is not stored by Anthropic and is not used for model training. We use Anthropic's enterprise API with data processing agreements in place.
Your Rights
You can delete all your data at any time from Account Settings. Upon cancellation, data is retained in read-only mode for 30 days, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
