Service Description
WarmGraph is a network intelligence platform that analyzes your LinkedIn data export to provide relationship scoring, warm introduction paths, and networking recommendations.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. By uploading your LinkedIn export, you grant WarmGraph a limited license to process this data for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Acceptable Use
You may only upload your own LinkedIn data export. You may not upload data belonging to other people. You agree not to use WarmGraph for spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates LinkedIn's terms of service.
AI-Generated Content
Scores, recommendations, and outreach drafts are AI-generated estimates. They should be used as guidance, not as definitive assessments of your relationships. Always use your own judgment when reaching out to contacts.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or per-period as indicated. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. The Campaign 90-day plan is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew.
Limitation of Liability
WarmGraph is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
